Policies and procedures help your business run smoothly when they are well-written. I write straightforward, plain English policies and procedures.

- Policy on new and emerging assisted reproductive procedures and technologies

Guidelines
Guidelines are a great way of translating technical or legislative requirements into user-friendly step-by-step instructions. Good guidelines are a practical tool that can be followed on a day-to-day basis.
I’ve developed guidelines on:
- International student care, for the Ministry of Education
- Newborn metabolic screening, for the Ministry of Health
- Assisted reproductive procedures, for the Advisory Committee on Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
